RockyGrass 2021 - Work in Exchange for a Ticket Program
We are in full swing preparing for the 49th Annual RockyGrass Festival. We look forward to a weekend filled with music and community here at the ranch in Lyons, Colorado. Part of what makes all of our festivals magical are the folks that volunteer to help us out. Each volunteer contributes their time and energy during the festival in exchange for a 3-day festival pass.
Volunteers represent Planet Bluegrass to thousands of Festivarians. If the thought of remaining sober during your shifts bums you out, volunteering is not for you. If greeting and helping Festivarians does seem like something you want to do, then we would love to have you be a part of our team!
Work Requirement - 12 hours
You must be available to work one shift each day of the three-day festival. (Some shifts are available before the festival. Please mark this on your application if interested.)Accommodation - We do not provide any accommodation or camping. Please look into lodging or camping availability through our website. - click here
Check-in - You can check-in to receive your wristband and staff hat at the Box Office any time before your first shift. (Bring your ID.) Please allow yourself enough time to check-in and walk to your first shift. Our Box Office will open on Thursday, July 22nd at noon. You can check-in at your convenience before your first shift. You will need your wristband to access the festival grounds where you are most likely working so plan ahead.
