RockyGrass 2025 - Work in Exchange for a Ticket Program
We are in full swing preparing for the 53rd Annual RockyGrass Festival. We look forward to a weekend filled with music and community here at the ranch in Lyons, Colorado. Part of what makes all of our festivals magical are the folks that volunteer to help us out. Each volunteer contributes their time and energy during the festival in exchange for a 3-day festival pass.
Volunteering requires physical activity including standing, walking, and possibly lifting during your four hour shift. Please respect your limitations and read all the volunteer job descriptions here.
Work Requirement - 12 hours
You must be available to work one shift each day of the three-day festival. (Limited shifts are available before the festival. Please mark this on your application if interested.)Accommodation - We do not provide any accommodation or camping. Please look into lodging or camping availability through our website. - click here
Check-in - You can check-in to receive your wristband and volunteer hat at the Box Office any time before your first shift. (Bring your ID.) Please allow yourself enough time to check-in and walk to your first shift. Our Box Office will open in the afternoon on the Thursday before the festival. You can check-in at your convenience before your first shift. You will need your wristband to access the festival grounds where you are most likely working so plan ahead.
