Folks Festival 2026 - Work in Exchange for a Ticket Program

We are preparing for the 36th Annual Rocky Mountain Folks Festival. Part of what makes all of our festivals magical are the folks that volunteer to work with us. Each volunteer contributes their time and energy during the festival in exchange for a 3-day festival pass.

Volunteering requires physical activity including standing, walking, and possibly lifting during your four hour shift. Please respect your limitations and read all the volunteer job descriptions here.

Work Requirement - 12 hours
You must be available to work one shift each day of the three-day festival. (Some shifts are available before the festival. Please mark this on your application if interested.)

Accommodation- Camping is sold separately - click here

Check-In - You can check-in to receive your wristband and staff hat at the Box Office any time before your first shift. (Bring your ID.) Please allow yourself enough time to check-in and walk to your first shift. Our Box Office will open on the Thursday before the festival (check Box Office hours on our website). You can check-in at your convenience before your first shift. You will need your wristband to access the festival grounds where you are most likely working so plan ahead.
